National University Admission (NU Admission) — From Application to Final Admission

Admission applications of the National University, including Honours 1st year, are made online at app1.nu.edu.bd. The general sequence is: application → submission/confirmation at college → merit list → admission to the selected college. Each year's dates and rules are given in the admission circular.

General steps of admission

  1. Read the admission circular and check your eligibility (SSC/HSC GPA, passing year)
  2. Fill in the application form at app1.nu.edu.bd — information comes in using your SSC and HSC roll, board and year
  3. Give your college and subject choice order
  4. Pay the application fee as per the circular and print the application form
  5. After the merit list is published, check the result and get admitted to the selected college within the specified time
  6. If needed, take part in the next list through a release slip/migration

  • If you miss the last date to confirm admission, your seat may be cancelled.
