- New Electricity/Gas ConnectionApply for a new electricity connection with your area's distribution utility; in Dhaka, DESCO and DPDC list an online new-connection application on their official sites. For gas, check Titas Gas or the relevant gas company's official site.
- Electricity BillElectricity bills are checked and paid through your distribution utility. In Dhaka, DESCO offers 'DESCO e-Bill' and a mobile app on desco.gov.bd, and DPDC (dpdc.gov.bd) has customer services.
- Electricity ComplaintReport electricity problems to your distribution utility. DESCO publishes hotline 16120 on desco.gov.bd, and DPDC's site (dpdc.gov.bd) has complaint submission and tracking; a Power Division call-centre link is also listed.
- Gas Connection and BillGas connection and billing services come from the area's gas distribution company; in much of Dhaka this is Titas Gas (titasgas.gov.bd), whose site has a customer portal, online complaints and a citizen charter.
- Water Connection and BillWater connection and billing come from the area's WASA (or city corporation/municipality). For Dhaka, dwasa.gov.bd has links for WASA bills and water/sewer connection application forms; Chattogram, Khulna and Rajshahi have their own WASAs.
- Dhaka WASA ServicesDhaka WASA provides water supply and sewerage in Dhaka. Its official site dwasa.gov.bd offers WASA bill links, water/sewer connection forms, private deep tube-well application forms, online complaints and a citizen charter.
- DESCO ServicesDESCO (Dhaka Electricity Supply PLC) distributes electricity in parts of Dhaka. Its site desco.gov.bd has new-connection applications, DESCO e-Bill, prepaid customer service, a mobile app and hotline 16120.
- DPDC ServicesDPDC (Dhaka Power Distribution Company Ltd) distributes electricity in parts of Dhaka. Its site dpdc.gov.bd has online new connection, customer services, complaint submission and tracking, tariff rates and a citizen charter.
