The main US government awards for Bangladeshis are Fulbright (master's/PhD) and, for professionals, the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship — both through the US Embassy Dhaka. But most funding comes from universities: teaching/research assistantships with tuition waivers are very common in PhD programmes.
