Bangladeshi passport holders need a visa for Indonesia, applied for on the immigration department's official e-Visa site. There is no direct flight from Dhaka to Bali — you connect through Kuala Lumpur, Singapore or Bangkok. Foreign visitors to Bali also pay a tourist levy. April to October is the dry season and the popular honeymoon period.

Indonesia tourist visa for Bangladeshis

Bangladeshis apply for an Indonesian visa online on the immigration department's official e-Visa site. Many private look-alike sites charge extra — make sure the address ends in ".go.id". The visa arrives by email.

Bali charges foreign tourists a levy that is separate from the visa fee; it can be paid in advance through the official "Love Bali" system.

Flights and Bali tour cost from Bangladesh

Dhaka to Bali needs one connection, usually in Kuala Lumpur or Singapore — 8–12 hours in total depending on the layover. Check the transit country's rules for long layovers. Once in Bali, costs are relatively low:

  • Villas/hotels: even private-pool villas cost less than in many destinations — a big draw for honeymooners
  • Transport: little public transport; hiring a car with driver by the day is the norm
  • Food: halal food is available, especially around Kuta and Denpasar; less so in Ubud

Where to stay — Bali resort areas

  • Kuta/Legian: near the airport, busy, budget-friendly
  • Seminyak: restaurants and beach clubs, popular for couple travel
  • Nusa Dua: quiet, large resorts, good for families
  • Ubud: rice fields, temples, greenery — no beach
  • Uluwatu: clifftop temple, sunsets, cliffside villas

Bali honeymoon package from Bangladesh

A typical Bali tour package for couples includes a private pool villa, a decorated room, a candlelit dinner and a car with driver for sightseeing days. Check whether the connecting flights and the Indonesian visa are included.

Sample 6-day Bali itinerary

  • Day 2: Ubud — Tegallalang rice terraces, Monkey Forest
  • Day 3: waterfalls and temples around Ubud
  • Day 4: Nusa Penida day trip by speedboat
  • Day 5: Uluwatu temple, sunset and the Kecak dance
  • Day 6: fly home

Best season for Bali

April to October is the dry season — July and August are the busiest and priciest. November to March is the wet season with heavy afternoon rain, but it is green and cheaper.
